Bulk rider import
⬇ Download CSV templateLoad the rider data the City shares from the incumbent service. CSV with at least name and phone columns (rider type, language, email, and accessibility columns are recognized too — see the template). Existing riders are matched by phone or email and updated; wallet balances are never touched. When an imported rider first signs in with their email, their pre-loaded profile is linked automatically.
